You are socially awkward (I'm not) you told me in your interview (I said I was shy) why did you even apply to the job if you socially awkward?
You are not meeting out standard using our metric and you do your job great most of the time but occasionally you have have issues with calling (because the microphone in the hall is broken and it was hard for me to call out). You scored 30/57 on our internal system.
You failed to check an ID two weeks ago (But she was IDed at the bar and she is over 24 and looked over 30) we couldn't issue her a card because you didn't ID her and that makes me look bad.
You are slow learning (that's because I had four hours training and the guy training me literally self admitted to not caring) we don't think it's worth getting you to catch up. (I didn't get any feedback from you or anyone that I was doing wrong) well, you never asked for any. (I ask regularly about different things.) doesn't matter.
You haven't completed your employee folder that has to be completed in 7 weeks. (i don't remember ever getting it but if I did then you never asked me if I was doing it.)
You were in the adjoining cupboard when you shouldn't have been (I was doing some of the my folder and getting cards) someone said you were sleeping (I was reading a graphic novel with my head down because it would be rude to have it on the desk and my job is to sit still for two hours and we are allowed to read).
(I was dumped by my gf on the job and stood in the doorway of the cupboard and cubicle because I was on the verge of crying and I had the light off above my head which is super bright and have me a migraine. I'm not meant to do that but it doesn't affect my customer service ability or their ability to do stuff.)
We are letting you go. You get your owed pay and a weeks extra (they missed a week's pay anyways).
Didn't get any warning, feedback or advice until the moment I was fired. No one tried helping me and I was thrown to the wolves on my first week.
(is there anything I can say or is this sealed?) I ready talked to HR and that's it already processing (I didn't get told, I mean I'm on the rota for two weeks ahead)
Did I say anything wrong?
I honestly should have figured when the new girl was doing my shifts and I was moved somewhere else. Dealt £1000 worth of stuff in one night and still means nothing and they gave me the same ignoring stare.
