How to handle interview questions with another company while still employed?

Been with the same company 10+ years, had a lot of professional growth there and salary growth. Now I'm looking for other opportunities in the same industry and I'm at a loss on how I'll handle specific questions (like tell me about a successful project you've worked on, what is your greatest accomplishment in your current role, etc) without disclosing confidential company information.

Any suggestions?
