How do I answer two nearly identical questions?

This company is conducting my first two interviews by text. In this second interview, the first question is "Honestly describe what work conditions you thrive in." and the ninth question is "What is your ideal work environment?"

What is the difference between these things? If there even is one, how do I tailor my answers? Sorry if this is obvious and my vocabulary is just garbage.
