Final Interview was 4 weeks ago

I had done a series of 3 interviews with a company within a 2 week span. My final interview with the general manager was 4 weeks ago. At the end of the interview he walked me out and said he will connect with X (the person I did round 1&2 interviews with, who would also be my direct manager) about the potential next steps.

I haven’t heard anything since that final interview. Is 4 weeks a long time?
