Advice for job seeker with no degree

I have been the same job for 5 years. It’s a decent paying job, (15/hr) with benefits, but most of my pay is taken by the benefits, and I work 38 hrs a week, but I work 9 days in a row with two 14 hour days in the middle of those 9 days. While the job isn’t terrible, I’m left doing nothing with most of my time, and the pay just isn’t enough, and so I am actively searching for a new job.

However, I have no college degree, and very little time and money to earn one.

Plus I have a bad back, which I don’t want getting worse, so any super heavy lifting is out. Any ideas?

(Sorry if it sounds a bit whiney.)
