Entry level hospital/medical jobs?

I'm interested in working in the healthcare field. I have an unrelated bachelors degree (accounting,) but I have little work experience but tons of volunteer experience. I would like to work my way up in the healthcare field. Do you have any suggestions for entry level hospital medical jobs? Also, do you think getting a medical terminology certificate will help my chances?
