Can I hire someone to negotiate a higher salary?

I have Aspergers and I’m very awkward and anxious especially when asking for things. I just found out im getting paid 5k less than someone in my position who has worked there a year less than me and doesn’t have a degree (i have a computer engineering degree). Is there any way I can hire someone to advocate on my behalf? Or do I need to do it alone? I love my job but it’s really not allowing me to find my life and save money.
