A recruiter reached out to me for what seems like an amazing opportunity and something I'd be happy to be considered for... the message to me noted that they're seeking a practicing Catholic which I'm not (it's a Catholic organization that does much of what my career has been). Does this mean they wouldn't even consider me? What should I say? It would truly be an amazing career opportunity in line with what my background is and where I want to go.
