I’m a Male Senior at a high school in Florida, and yes moderators I am 18… But anyway, I did an interview for 2 jobs, job 1 is the one I did an interview 1 week earlier before I did an interview for job 2. I didn’t get a response from job 1 to work there until a week later. Job 2 however I got scheduled an interview on September 3rd, interview went well, and then they hired me on the spot. But then a day later, Job 1 contacted me saying to “fill out some paperwork” which means that they ALSO accepted me. Now here’s the harder thing: I go to school from 7am-1:40pm, from Monday through Friday, then sometimes I have to stay home & wait for my baby brother to get off the bus at 3pm. Then, the distance: I have my learners permit, but not my license, that’s why I’m trying to get a job so that I’ll be able to pay for insurance, than get a license. But anyway job 1 is a 52 minute walk, while job 2 is a 20-25 minute walk, and job 2 is also a 2-5 minute walk if you were to count the distance from my school to job 2. Both jobs I could start on in a few days, both have at least one person that I know of, but the one from job 1 is a closer friend of mine from job 2. And I can’t rely on anyone from my family to drive me to and back from job 1, meanwhile job 2 is a reasonable walking distance. AH damn guys, what the hell do I do? Do I accept both jobs but with limited schedules while potentially dying from stress juggling with all of these tasks, or should I just accept 1 job, and reject the other. CRUDD
