I recently applied for a new role at my company. I had what I would consider an informal interview with the hiring manager and while on the phone with her, she scheduled a phone conversation with her counterpart a few days later. I thought both went very well. The recruiter had touched base with my prior to my "interview" with the second manager, but the recruiter never actually scheduled the interviews.
After my second phone conversation, later in the day my TALEO submission status went from "IN PROCESS" to "COMPLETED". I thought, "okay what does this mean? Good? Bad?". That conversation was on a Monday, and the recruiter told me Wednesday that she was meeting with both managers on Friday and she hoped to have some feedback for me by then. I never heard anything from anyone after that ( that was on 8/20). I checked my submission status again yesterday and it was updated to COMPLETED again, however with yesterdays date.
I am not sure if this is good or bad. The crazy "need to know" person I am has been researching on reddit forums, google, ect, trying to get any information. I read things that said having the withdraw button gone is a BAD thing. My withdraw button is still there.
Can any provide insight what this "completed" status may mean? Hopefully some recruiters or those who work in TALEO can explain it to me! Thank you!
