I got a small injury at work and needed to get xrays on my hand done, but while in the doctors I was completely transparent about what drugs I did, did I actually sabotage myself?

Start off I'm not sure if this is the right subreddit or not, the flair doesnt really match but here goes nothing.

I live in a state where marijuana is legal, I told them I did that regularly and used psilocybin (about once a month).

The insurance company wants me to release medical forms to them and I realized what I did like a day after it happened and have been worried ever since.

Did I sabotage myself by being transparent with my doctor??
