How do I work through this?

Long story short, became unemployed last November, and for my unemployment payments, I had to keep track of where and when I applied and the company name. I was hired in May for a contract role doing PowerBI data analysis, and while I love what I do, I have no insurance and no benefits. While the pay is okay for my area, I've been steadily applying elsewhere, including remote positions.

I have, in total, applied for around 250 different jobs (between my unemployment and my current job). I've had a total of... three interviews. I went to college for four years, got an IT degree (and then some) but I just feel like a loser. Is there something wrong with me, my resume, my skills, or both?

Can anyone give me help or advice?
