my second week and I want to quit...

I just need to talk. In May I left a job and have been jobless since. I was feeling low and decided to go crawling back to a company I worked for when I first moved to my city. I was told eveything had changed and has improved and its only my second week in and not only has nothing changed but its so so much worse.. I have cried and had emotional breakdowns almost 15 times since starting. I am worried this will look bad on my resume and I also feel immense guilt about leaving so soon. Anyone have advice? Should I just jump ship before I suffer more?
