My dad has been unemployed for over a year due to COVID. His previous employer is out of business and I'm looking for a job that is suitable for him. He has 15+ years driving in NYC, but practically speaks no English and is no longer able to do much physically-intensive labor after decades of physical labor. He also has limited education, but can work his way around a computer. He only needs to work for 2 more years before I can help him retire early. Does anyone have any ideas? I've seen suggestions like Uber but I'm worried that won't work well if he doesn't speak much English.
