Does it look bad to employers when an applicant has been in school for most of their life and have not had a ‘real’ job?

Currently 28 and finishing a STEM Masters degree. However, I am now considering a masters in a different field (PhD isn’t really possible).

Say I go that route and finish with the second MS at ~33. I will have not had a ‘real’ job, aside from Research Assistantships, and decent jobs worked to pay for school (outside of my degree field).

Is that a red flag to employers?

Thanks for any advice!
