You work for only a few months for a company, and you leave suddently because of bullying. The HR agrees to compensate you financially, but makes you sign an NDA in return, to keep your mouth shut.
If you keep this position in your resume, you may be required to explain what you did there in such a short time. If you do, some may consider you a risk factor for themselves. And you also risk infringing the NDA.
If you remove it from your resume, you may have to explain the gap. And there may be public info on the net showing you worked for that company in the past. It’s like you have something to hide.
How would you fix this?
PS: That’s not about myself, but I know someone else with this dilemma.
