Is there anyway to keep medical records sealed upon official inquiry during the hiring process in CA? (Serious)

When I was younger my parents made me seek mental health treatment. Had I known it could be used against me when getting a job, such as in the military, public safety, aviation, professional licensing, etc., I would have refused treatment. Is there any legal mechanism to not have to disclose past mental health treatment?
