As a kid I dont know how to make money/find job of any kind.

So, I am almost 17 soon and i want to start making money for a few things(like a pc, because my old one died on me). I tried looking online for ideas, but to no avail. I dont have a hand for crafts to sell or to draw, I cant explain things well so that's a no for tutoring, Im sick(after any type of meal/exercise i spit saliva or phlegm) which doesnt really help me and im pretty shy and boring so that's a no to blogging/streaming/making youtube videos. Any ideas?
