Advice on what steps to take next, been unemployed for a few years

So i'm from the UK and I graduated in English with a 2:1 about 3 years ago.

I've struggled with mental health since along with a general lack of direction in life. I've felt petrified about taking that next step and have been frozen since. I just don't know what to do.

All i know is that I want a career in tech but I just have no idea how to get there. I just constantly feel unmotivated because I think which employer is gonna hire me when they see I've been unemployed for so long?

I just feel so down about it. Is there any hope for me? What can I do?
