When an interviewee says they left a previous job because "it wasn't a good fit", is that a bad answer?

Anytime I hear the "not a good fit line" that is the standard, cliche line that employers often use to fire unwanted employees. So, when I hear that from an interviewee, alarm bells ring in my mind.
