Mortgage Loan officer

Just wanted to see if anyone has had any experience as a mortgage loan officer. I recently accepted the role at Quicken Loans. Can anyone tell me what I should be expecting in regards to the pay, hours and work life balance.

And also, can anyone help me with what other types of roles I can transition to in the future from this role.
