Job at McDonald’s

Hi I would like to say I didn’t mind working at McDonald’s even though it was kind of stressful. The main reason I want to leave is because they really give me no hours. I’ve worked there for nearly 2 years now, I’ve always showed up on time, never complained about it, and overall gave it my all. What frustrates me is despite me always giving great effort they always would cut my hours, I asked the general manager why and they never would give me reasons. Which I’m not sure why, they always let other people keep their hours especially people I worked with who would complain a lot. Just recently, they cut my hours again to give a majority of them to some new hire. Sorry for the rant, but that kind of made me mad.
