Is there any way out of sales with decent pay?

5 years of management experience with a big transportation company, but the only jobs I can get call backs for are heavily commissioned sales jobs.

I am by no means a “salesman” and feel like I hate sales in general. I would really like an advisory type position.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what type of careers to look into?
