I got an interview for a job I truly don't feel qualified for. How do I sell myself anyway?

I know I know--"if they didn't think you were qualified they wouldn't have picked you!"

But I had a leg up: an internal referral from an old coworker (from my completely unrelated student job). While my resume isn't terrible, that sure as hell fast tracked me to the top of the pile. I had zero intentions of applying for anything until after this semester because I just didn't feel ready. Unfortunately for me, that means that the fluffy wording and shoddy thrown together side projects I have on there were all but pulled out of my ass.

I'm confident that if I were to get the job I'd be able to excel. I'm good at what I do and I learn fast; I'm just lagging behind because I did my first two years at a community college. Technically a junior, but with the knowledge of a sophomore lol It's an internship, so they don't really expect people to know much--but I'm not sure if they meant this bad haha

I know that if they question me on my skills I might end up falling short. How do I put a positive spin on that? I had a sort of pre-interview with someone, and they told me that they mainly want to know that I'm willing to learn and that I'm good to work with. How do I draw attention to those skills when questioned about the more technical aspects of my resume without sounding like I'm deflecting?
