Avoid Colgate Palmolive Positions

I worked at Colgate Palmolive for several years and have never seen so many personnel issues in my entire career, including violations of federal employment law. The Senior Director and VP of tax (in the finance group) have driven out many smart people over the course of a few years, including some high ranking consultants. There are always openings due to the unethical reactions of these two and the support they have from the HR and Ethics groups at the company. Avoid this place like the plague - wait until they gut the management structure there.
