I just got fired an hour ago but they called me back to work a different unit. Do I say this when applying for iobs?

As the title says, I was fired by my administrator for “not following medication protocol” but my D.O.N. called me back an hour later asking if I could work on a different unit. I said yes but it didn’t happen because our administrator said no.

I am a nurse, and without giving away too much, they said I didn’t follow up multiple times and that’s why I was fired.

My question is, how do I go about finding another job now? Job searches usually ask if you have been fired or not. Do I say yes but then say they asked me back?
