Anyone who has escaped the call center trap.. any advice.. I need help getting out of customer service.

I got sucked into the customer service/call center job trap almost 10 years ago and its taking a toll on my mental health. I've been applying for other positions, but I either don't hear back or the company is saying "I know you applied for xyz, but I think you'd be a great fit for our customer service position."

Please help.. any tips or ideas on how I can get out of this career.. I cant financially afford a huge a hug pay cut.. and I dont think I can mentally afford to keep doing what I'm doing much longer. I feel like im ruining my chances of moving into a better position with my current company because of my attendance and need to take mental health days.. but thats if those positions even become available. There just seems to be no end in sight.
