Amazon L6 Offer Analysis and Suggestions

Hi everyone,

I just received an offer for a Level 6 Sr. Program Manager role (non-tech) overseeing global learning and training strategy for Amazon Delivery Technology (AmDT), and I'd love to get the hive mind's thoughts on the initial offer and how I could negotiate it to be stronger.

• Base salary: $130k
• 1st year bonus is $35k
• 2nd year bonus is $26k
• RSUs: will receive 30 shares
• Location: currently based in Chicago, but this position requires eventual relocation to Seattle

I have 10 years of experience in the learning and development space. I'd appreciate any thoughts/insights on if this is a good offer, and any suggestions on any area of compensation where I could negotiate? Thanks!
