Advice on giving a presentation in an interview

I may have to do a five-minute presentation in a job interview on the topic of 'a tech I like'

I'm wondering what I should include in the presentation? One obvious topic is why I like the tech, but what else?

Please advise as I've never given a presentation in an interview :(
