I’m in my last semester of grad school and I’ll be graduating in May with my MSW. I just started applying to jobs within the past week, but is it too soon for me to start worrying? I’ve only applied to a handful, but I’m anxious they won’t even consider me due to not graduating yet. I know I might be getting ahead of myself, but I’ve been in school forever and I’m just ready to have a real job making real money (unpaid internships suck!!!!). I’m currently at an agency for my internship and I really want to work for the agency in a different department. I reached out a couple weeks ago to the supervisor and he said they were looking at different options. I don’t know if I should just wait to see what they say? I also don’t want to put all my eggs in one basket and not apply anywhere else while waiting for a response for who knows how long. Any and all advice is appreciate.. thanks for reading my small vent if you’ve made it this far.
