Sketchy Ameriprise Financial Interview

Basically the interview was on app dot wire dot com.

Never heard of that before.

The person asks a few basic questions like

1. What type of jobs have you had?

   1. How did you get your previous jobs?
      
   2. What were your main responsibilities? Achievements?
      
   3. Have you been in the military before?
      
   4. Are you currently employed?
      
   5. Are you willing to work flexible or long hours?
      
   6. Do you have a HP laser-jet printer, copier and scanner?

2. Are you seeking employment in a company of a certain size?

   1. How long do you intend working for this company?
      
   2. How would you like to be Paid ? Weekly/Paycheck Or Bi-Weekly/Direct deposit
      
   3. What Bank Do you Operate with to see if it tallies with the company's official salary payment account ? And how many years have you been Banking with them ?
      
   4. Are you seeking a Full time or Part time Position ?
      
   5. Tell Us why you feel you are the right person for this Job?

then leaves for a bit and comes back and says great your are qualified. I ask what the next steps are and he says you are hired.

Me: Is there any contract for the position that I can go over and sign?

Him: Yes that would be after we are done with this process of getting more about the job details Okay

Him: You are now given a chance to show your commitment, charisma, diligence and be a productive employee.

Me : Okay

Then he is asking for some personal info.
