Parsing Job Offers

I currently have three job offers on my table. All pay the same (~$16/hour in the first 60 days) with similar benefits.

One is a warehouse job. No experience or education needed, but it’s intensely physically demanding with a high turnover and injury rate. No counter-offering allowed. I won’t have to pay for rent or food.

One is a government job. It’s monotonous and uncomfortable environment-wise. It has a high turnover but a lot of potential to move up with my education and massive pay bumps in a year. No counter-offering. Places to rent nearby. They won’t actually officially hire on the payroll until May.

One is a laboratory job. The lab needs a lot of help as they mostly hire by experience and don’t have some of the know-how for taking care of equipment. It would have a lot of initial work to do to fix issues with substandard number of days off and nowhere nearby to rent. They do, however, allow counter-offering.

I have physical problems and the doctor for the warehouse job said he was green lighting me. He did note, however, that he was concerned about my issues flaring up as I work the job and told me to be careful about my health.

What approach should I be taking here? Should I work the warehouse job until the government job opens up? Or should I counter-offer the lab job and take that? If more info needed, ask and I’ll answer as best I can.
