MS degree in Healthcare management?

Hello, I’m just about to graduate with my MS in healthcare management and my undergrad degree is in biology. My work background is managing a lot of dental research studies ( $6 - $12 million in grant money per study!) but my job only requires an College degree and won’t increase my pay at all even tho I have higher education. Kinda planing on switch jobs to something better payed and I can put my degree to use. I was wondering what are some different types of jobs people have with this degree?

I already know management but I’m looking for just different titles in case something inspires me.
