How long is the wait supposed to be?

Back in the job pool after 15 years with one company. I applied for a banking position on January 20. First day the posting was up. HR called me for a discussion Feb 3 and said that the branch leadership would reach out to me to schedule an interview. Then... Silence.

My app still says "In Review" on the website tracking system. I followed up with HR on Feb 10, and was told "we updated branch management but they have not reached out to us about scheduling interviews." That was two weeks ago. It has been more than a month since my initial app and three weeks sine I have had any contact.

Is this customary or am I being jerked around?
