Got the chance to get a really good aprentership I'm j not sure how interested I am in the job

So this aprenteship its for a really good job starts off at around 19k a year and can end with a starting roll of 35k a year and multiple degrees it's a great opportunity especially for me who doesn't really have 100s of options however the job is for a subject I'm good at but not exactly that interested in what would u do?
