First ever real job interview

Okay so anything I’ve done in the past has been like small business stuff where they basically just hire you when you walk in.

However Thursday I have an interview in my dream field which is care. It’s a care assistant position and sure it’s not glamorous but they’d train me up good and I’d be able to move on to higher jobs once I finish uni. It’s incredible I even got an interview considering my age and no experience (I think they’re getting a lot of new staff so they’re willing to take me on part time and train me) I feel like there’s no chance of me getting it but if they were willing to give me an in-person-interview they’re genuinely thinking about hiring me right?
