Business grad looking for ways to improve

Hi all, Was a business administration graduate two years ago. Decided to travel after graduating and take my time finding a job. Little did I know that find a job was going to be this harsh. I did a bit internships before but none of the internships clicked with me. I was constantly applying to tons of jobs with little to no success. Ended up doing deliveries to make a buck here and there. Now I’m employed currently but i feel like I’m overworked. Right now I’m trying to find another job. I was hoping someone could give me some advice in terms of job searching. TLDR: graduated and traveled. Struggled to find a job. Found one but is currently not happy. Need assistance with finding a better job.
