Anyone ever worked two part-time jobs before and have any advice on avoiding schedule conflicts?
I like my current job and don't want to completely leave it yet, particularly as the new job also cannot offer adequate hours or benefits. I am taking this second job because they'll hire me into a leadership role and I need more responsibility on my resume, and it matches my personal interests way better/I'd have a very easy time with customers (I spend a lot of time at this store every time I go to the mall and am very confident in selling the products). So, it'll be better for my mental health and contribute positively to my resume. My current job offers really good benefits but is physically exhausting and I'm on my 2nd pair of shoes, 3rd pair of jeans and have just developed a hole in one of my shirts because of how physically intense it is, plus mentally exhausting. I'm mostly staying for the benefits.
Does anyone have any advice on phrasing scheduling needs or working around having two part time jobs? I also have classes on top of this leading to a lesser schedule availability.
