So, originally I did an interview in November for this company that was strange. The first interview was with the local manager where he asked around 10 technical questions for a l1 help desk job. Then it went to the IT director and all he asked was questions about hobbies, favorite games, travelling, and movies. Didn't know what to make of it.
Didn't hear a response for a week and a half. I emailed the recruiter and she said they preferred someone "a little more senior." Fast forward to last week the recruiter emailed me and said there was a position in the area. She later said it was for the same company. I asked is it the same role and she said yes. Idk if they fired the other guy after a month and half or just opened a new spot though.
Recently, did an interview through teams, and neither of them even joined the meeting. 20 minutes in I emailed the recruiter, and she said they were having technical issues and would reschedule. I asked when will it be rescheduled and still haven't heard nothing.
What do you all make of this? lol
