Will I get fired?

Recently got arrested for a gun on a weekend and got out the same weekend, now have a case and court date in a few months. I’ve been with my company (electric apprenticeship) since April and they pay for my school. Will I be terminated because of my arrest and case if convicted, even without jail time? This is also my first offense and first time getting arrested ever, will my job even find out? it’s been a few weeks now, any advice if so?
