Which job offer to choose?

Hi everyone!

So good news, I've gotten 2 offers out of the 3 interviews I had last week! One's from Oracle the other is from a fairly large consulting company.

The problem I have now is I'm currently going through the background check for Oracle, while the other company I got the offer that I have to sign by Thursday. Not sure what to do! I'm overwhelmed. If anyone can give me feedback that would be appreciated. And if you can give me tips on how to turn down an offer that would help too.

Consulting company - Agile Specialist: $60000/yr, immediate benefits and etc. Due Thursday Dec 17th.

Oracle - Technical Analyst: ??? Currently in background check, they'll give the offer details after completion.
