Hello y’all. I am currently waiting for an offer (or not) from two companies in different fields. Background: I am a recent grad in Electrical Engineering and with experience in the manufacturing industry. I am having a hard time to decide which one is the right one in case I get an offer from both. Since this will be my “future “ might as well choose the best fit.
The first company is a company specialized in manufacturing healthcare devices ( they are R&D as well with lots of projects). This position would be for a Production Technician and I would be working closely with the engineer department. It is a startup ( 5 years in the market) and they are expending hence, hiring more people.
The second company is a shipping company (the second largest in the world) and the position is for Data quality control representative. They are the number one in logistics here in my town. I would be working on a specific department and rotating when necessary. It is outside of my scope but I have some experience from my previous job and, they are willing to train me.
I wouldn’t mind working on either one but if I have to pick I don’t know which one. I am looking from a long term perspective ( if I need to change companies or carries and making more money down the road) which one would work better for me in the future.
