So I just had my performance review for my current job. I’m really not sure how to feel about it.
I work as an RBT (we provide therapy to kids with autism), and I rarely received any sort of feedback during the yr. I crossed my fingers that this meant I was doing ok, and when it came time for my review that seemed to be the case.
We’re scored on a 1-5 scale, with 3 being exactly where you need to be and 4 and up exceeding expectations.
So I scored a 4 average overall, and had several 5s, 2 3s, and 1 2 across the various sections they score you on.
The only 2 I had was because I furloughed during April for the coronavirus, so I was marked down for “not handling stress well/rolling with changes” lol.
They offered us the chance to furlough, and said over and over again that it was fine, they understood etc.
Anyway....that part I’m not even that concerned about, though I do find it a little odd.
The thing I’m a little annoyed about is that apparently I’m exceeding expectations, and my merit raise was...$.025 cents/hr.
Like I wasn’t expecting anything major but I’m completely underwhelmed by this lol
