I just had my first phone interview

Hey everyone,

It was not basically my first one but since I applied to an internship, it was the first one.

So basically, I've applied to an internship with an employee referral. After a couple of days I had a phone screening / interview with an HR guy. I've prepared and did my research on the field, the job, the company etc. The interview went quite well to be honest.

He told me that he is going to talk to the boss, who would be my boss and arranges an opportunity to talk on Skype with him in 1 or 2 weeks.

So, based on that, what do you think? Chances?
