Hey everyone,
I hope this is the right forum. I recently got advised that the lcompany I've been applying for has progressed me to the next stage of the job application, with just reference checks then if that goes well, they will go ahead with an offer.
They are in the midst of completing my reference checks, but my question is, for this role I cannot find a salary guide for it specifically, so I was wondering what the best way would be to ensure I get atleast what I'm worth?
What I'm applying for : Location: Melbourne, Aus Company: Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Role: Early Resolutions Officer
The most I can find is a salary guide for the "Dispute Resolutions Officer" which is a grade above.
Any help would be much appreciated! TYIA
