Hireright background check?

Hey all,

Got a recent full time offer (just graduated). I have a background check thru hireright. I most recently did a project/contract role (they hired me through upwork) for a very early stage startup, they don’t even have a website yet because they’re still working on gathering an mvp. I’m worried that hireright won’t be able to verify them? There’s no option in the form they sent me to add a phone number/Email, and I’ve heard awful reviews about getting into contact with them to do that. Also I can’t provide them with a paystub because I was paid a fixed price, not sure how to go about this...help!! Don’t wanna get my offer rescinded because of them lol
