Being paid $22,000+ less than my teammates

So long story short I found out someone on my team makes $22,000 more than me, and there’s only one other person on my team and they arguably make more than that person, I think they’re almost overqualified for the job.

They also got 3 raises last year and receive some type of bonus. I get neither. And this isn’t me being bad at my job, I was hired on underpaid and was somehow overlooked for the bonus, which my boss mentioned but said it was too late this year for it.

The worst part is that when they offered me my current salary, I brought up how the current market in our area for our industry for my job title paid more, and they were offering me $4,000 less than the low end of the average salary and asked for them to at least meet that, and they refused.

I have just as much education as the other teammates. I’ve been with the company roughly the same time, though newer in my role. But I don’t think less time in the role justifies that much of a pay difference.

Part of me wants to bring it up, as I do have hard copy definitive proof, but I am also scared if I bring it up they’ll just call my bluff and not do a thing knowing my only option would be to find a new job. Or worse, they’ll fire me and hire someone that isn’t asking for a raise. Plus you know, the pandemic.

I have been applying to jobs like crazy since I’ve found out and not having much luck, most of the places calling me back on turn out to be recruiters offering less than advertised for temp work.

My options are basically: 1. Do nothing and continue working there because job security 2. Say something and have them say I’m SOL 3. Say something and lose my job 4. Get a new job and then go to my company and bring up the difference, putting in my two weeks

If you were in my situation, what would you do?

Also just to add, the proof I have is solid and definitive, I was given the information indirectly (they gave me the information, but didn’t realize what I could do with it). So this isn’t a word of mouth thing and this wasn’t received from some type of illicit activity.
