Petition to end questionnaires/assessments

I hate when I’m applying for a job and at the end they send me two 15 min assessment to complete.

Assessments should only be required if an interview in guaranteed otherwise you’re wasting everyone’s time.

I can’t tell you how many assessments I’ve done that I’ve never gotten a call back on even though I completed the assessment with the right answers.
