Need help describing contract work I've done

I've been doing work for a tech company as a contractor with no real title outside of consultant, I'm wanting to put it to paper to search for future work.

I have done programming, pcb diagnostics, electronics assembly and diagnostics, aiding in design of the electronics product design, aided in design of test figures, and communicated between the company my contract has been through along with the company that they hired to produce our boards.
