If i already gave my CV to a gym in other city , could i give a new CV with friend's adress who lives near? Or they wont trust me?

Hi Friends , i gave my CV in a gym that is in another location/city , and this is a huge opportunity for my life , the bad thing is that they want someone who lives near , but i gave my CV trough Hotmail , and to "gain points" i went in person and gave my CV , but after all that i remember that i have a friend that lives in that city , so im thinking of give my CV with his adress so i have a lot more of success rate to have the job , so if he gives me his adress or the CV i go again to the gym and say something like "Im moving near to live with my friend" or "im moving near so i give you my new CV" •☆ or they will know im lying? Or they will trust me? This is a huge oportunity for me , but i would like to know wath you people think if they will believe me or know im lying?
